Refund policy
We pride ourselves on providing the absolute best [Pretty And Prayed Up] apparel items there is, and we hope that you absolutely love them!
...But in case you are not completely happy with them, you can return the item within 7 days of the delivered date for exchange or credit ONLY.
There will be no refunds.
To exchange or return an item, you will need to contact our customer support team at support@prettyandprayedup.com for the proper return instructions.
PLEASE DO NOT return any items before contacting our support team first.
Items need to be in saleable conditions for return or exchange to be given. (no deodorant stains, no fragrance, and have not been worn, etc)
Shipping cost can not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back for the return.
If the exchange is for an item that is higher than the item that the customer is returning or exchanging than a new invoice for the additional cost will be emailed and need to be paid before new item is shipped out.
The customer is responsible for all shipping cost outgoing and incoming.
Once the item has been received by our support team, please allow 7-14 business for processing and shipping.
